Manage your Ask Sage subscription, monitor token usage, and update billing — directly from the platform.

Note for Enterprise Plan Users

Heads up: If you are not an Admin but are part of an Enterprise plan, please contact your Admin to request additional tokens. The instructions below are intended for individual users.

Managing Your Ask Sage Subscription

Step 1 — Access Your Account

Go to the Ask Sage Platform and select the Account icon. This is the entry point for everything related to your individual user — profile, tokens, datasets, and billing.

Step 2 — Check Token Status

Click the Tokens tab to check your current subscription status. The Tokens view summarizes your plan, the total tokens purchased, and what remains in your balance.

Step 3 — Manage Subscription Details

Press the Manage Subscription button to access detailed subscription information. From this view you can:

  • View your subscription plan details
  • Check the total number of tokens purchased
  • Monitor your remaining token balance

Scroll down within the same view to:

  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription if necessary

Pro Tip: Regularly monitor your token usage to ensure you have sufficient tokens for your needs. Consider upgrading your plan if you frequently run low on tokens.
