Managing Your Ask Sage Subscription
As a user of the Ask Sage Platform, you have the ability to manage your subscription directly within the platform — check your token balance, update payment methods, and cancel if needed without contacting support.
Go to the Ask Sage Platform and select the Account icon. This is the entry point for everything related to your individual user — profile, tokens, datasets, and billing.
Click the Tokens tab to check your current subscription status. The Tokens view summarizes your plan, the total tokens purchased, and what remains in your balance.

Press the Manage Subscription button to access detailed subscription information. From this view you can:
- View your subscription plan details
- Check the total number of tokens purchased
- Monitor your remaining token balance
Scroll down within the same view to:
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription if necessary
