User Account Metrics
View detailed metrics for your Enterprise Account and gain insights into token and user usage

Administrators will have the ability to view detailed metrics for their Enterprise Account on the Ask Sage platform. In this section, we will cover how Administrators can view these metrics to gain insights into the usage of tokens and users on the platform.
Overview
The Account Metrics feature is pivotal for Administrators as it provides detailed insights into the usage of tokens and users on the Ask Sage platform. By viewing these metrics, Administrators can make informed decisions about the allocation of tokens and the management of users on the platform. Additionally, plan for future token purchases and user onboarding based on the insights provided by the Account Metrics feature.
Enterprise Purchased Tokens
The summary bar at the top of the User Management page gives a real-time snapshot of the organization's token pool: total users, purchased inference and embedding tokens, and the number currently assigned across all users. 
User Total Tokens
The user table exposes several per-user token columns — Max Inference Tokens, Max Embedding Tokens, Total Inference Tokens, Total Embedding Tokens, and Monthly Inference Tokens — giving Administrators a detailed breakdown of allocation and actual usage for each individual. 
When viewing the
Total Tokens column, Administrators can identify users who have utilized a significant number of tokens and may need additional tokens allocated to them. This metric helps Administrators in managing the token allocation effectively based on the usage patterns of users. Detailed User Stats
Administrators will see the following columns associated with tokens on a per user basis.

| Max Embedding Tokens | The training/embedding token allocation assigned to the user |
| Total Usage | Total tokens consumed since the account was created (inference + training combined) |
| Monthly Inference Tokens | Inference tokens used in the current month |
| Prev Month Inference | Inference tokens used in the previous calendar month |
Detailed Token Stats
Navigate to the
Token Statistics link on the sidebar and you will see a breakdown of token usage by year & month for the entire Enterprise Account. This metric provides Administrators with insights into the token usage trends over time and helps in planning for future token purchases based on historical usage patterns. Token Usage
The 
Token Usage view provides a deeper look at how tokens are being consumed across the Enterprise Account. Administrators can see a breakdown of inference versus embedding token usage, giving a clearer picture of how the organization is utilizing the platform — whether through active chat interactions or document ingestion and training workflows. Use this view to identify usage patterns and optimize token allocation accordingly. Monthly Data
The 
Monthly Data table gives Administrators a row-by-row breakdown of token consumption organized by year and month. Each row displays the calendar period alongside the corresponding inference and embedding token totals consumed during that period, making it easy to spot seasonal trends or sudden spikes in usage across the Enterprise Account. Exports
The Exports tab provides three download options: 
- Export Token Usage CSV — downloads the full historical monthly token usage table as a CSV file, covering both inference and embedding token columns by period
- Export Users — downloads the current user list for the organization
- Export Users with Tokens — downloads the user list with token allocation and usage columns included, useful for audits or sharing usage reports with stakeholders
Activity Logs
Administrators can view the Activity Logs for each user in the Enterprise Account. The Activity Logs provide a detailed history of the user's interactions on the platform, including the number of tokens consumed, the type of interactions, the date and time of interactions, IP address, and other relevant details. To access the Activity Logs for a specific user, click the three-dot menu to the left of that user in the User Management table and select View Logs. Each entry includes the prompt text (truncated), the model used, Prompt Tokens, Completion Tokens, Total Tokens for that interaction, and a Training flag indicating whether the response involved a dataset ingestion. 
Tip: Use the three-dot menu -> View Logs for a specific user to access detailed interaction history and token consumption details.
