Every Enterprise Account has a designated Organization Contact — the point of contact (POC) that Ask Sage uses for account, billing, and token-related communication. This page explains what the Org Contact is, where to find it, and how to keep it current.

Your Organization Contact is your first point of contact

If you are an individual user on an Enterprise Account, reach out to your Organization Contact first for questions about tokens, access, billing, and account changes. Your POC and your organization's admins can resolve most requests directly — including adding tokens, enabling users, and managing access — without waiting on Ask Sage support.

What the Organization Contact Is

The POC for Your Organization

The Organization Contact is the named individual and email address tied to your organization's account. Ask Sage uses this contact for:

  • Billing and subscription — renewal notices, invoices, and plan changes
  • Token management — reset schedules, quota changes, and additional token requests
  • Account communication — service notices and administrative follow-up
One contact per organization: The Org Contact is set at the organization level. It is separate from individual user profiles and from the list of admin users — an organization can have multiple admins but has a single Org Contact of record.

Where to Find It

Settings → Usage & Billing

Open Settings and select Usage & Billing. The Org contact is displayed alongside your organization name and token reset schedule.

Confirming Your Organization

Check Your Profile in the Sidebar

Not sure which organization you belong to? Your profile at the bottom of the left sidebar shows your name and, directly beneath it, the organization you belong to. This is the fastest way to confirm your organizational membership at a glance.

Keeping the Contact Current

Update or Change the POC

Keep the Org Contact accurate so billing and token notices reach the right person — especially after staff changes. To update the Organization Contact, an admin should reach out to the Ask Sage team:

Billing & account changes — sales@asksage.ai General support — support@asksage.ai
When submitting a change request, include:
  • Your Ask Sage tenant URL (e.g., chat.asksage.ai)
  • Your organization name and account number (e.g., #000)
  • The new contact's full name and email address
  • Confirmation the request is coming from an existing admin on the account
