Managing Your Ask Sage Subscription
As a user of the Ask Sage Platform, you have the ability to manage your subscription directly within the platform.
Steps to Manage Your Subscription
Step 1: Access Your Account
Go to the Ask Sage Platform and select the Account icon.
Step 2: Check Token Status
Click on the Tokens tab to check your current subscription status.
Step 3: Manage Subscription Details
Press the Manage Subscription button to access detailed subscription information.
View your subscription plan details
Check total number of tokens purchased
Monitor your remaining token balance
Scroll down to:
Update your payment method
Cancel your subscription if necessary
Pro Tip
Regularly monitor your token usage to ensure you have sufficient tokens for your needs. Consider upgrading your plan if you frequently run low on tokens.
