SBIR Proposal Assessment
The SBIR Proposal Assessment plugin is designed to help you assess your proposal to get feedback about its readiness for SBIR submission. The plugin is already pre-configured with prompts that are designed to help you assess your proposal and provide you with feedback on its readiness for SBIR submission.
Do not change the context in the
Prompt Windowunless you know what you are doing.
Step 1 - Open the SBIR Proposal Assessment plugin.
Step 2 - Upload your proposal and select Submit.
Step 3 - The Prompt Window will be populated with prompts that are designed to help you assess your proposal. Submit the prompts to get feedback on your proposal.
Step 4 - Review the feedback provided by the plugin and make the necessary changes to your proposal.
Write RFP Response
The Write RFP Response plugin is designed to help you write an inital RFP response.
Step 1 - Open the Write RFP Response plugin.
Step 2 - Fill out the necessary information in each of the text fields.
Reference the prefilled information and adjust to your use case.
- Explain who you are and what you do.
- Copy and paste the RFP content.
- Provide key context about your company
The UI mentions that you can train sage to understand your company better - but this is not available in the current version of the plugin. We recommend you check out our
In-A-Box platformfor more advanced capabilities such as this feature.
- Action (what you want Sage to do) - i.e. follow requirements, answer questions, etc.
- Enter the prompt to be used by the bot to summarize the RFP (only used if more than 16K tokens) - Optional
Step 3 - Select Submit.
Step 4 - The Prompt Window will be populated with prompts that are designed to help you write an initial RFP response. Submit the prompts to get feedback on your initial RFP response.
Step 5 - Ask Sage will inform user if they want to proceed since the model being used is GPT-4-32K which is expensive but brings tremendous value.
To proceed, the user will have to enter one of the following options:
/yes to proceed with the GPT-4-32K model or /no to stop the process.
Step 6 - Review the generated RFP by the plugin and copy the response to your document template.
