In this section, we provide an overview of how to manage your Ask Sage Subscription.

If you are associated with a Enterprise
plan and not an Admin, reach out to your Admin for more tokens. The information below is primarily for individual users.
Ask Sage Subscription
Users can manage their personal Ask Sage subscription through the Ask Sage Platform.
- Navigate to the Ask Sage Platform and click on the
Account
icon. - Then under the ‘Tokens’ tab, you can view your current subscription status.
- Click on the
Manage Subscription
button to view the subscription details.- You can view the subscription details, such as the subscription plan, the number of tokens purchased, and the remaining tokens.
- At the bottom of the page, you can:
- Manage your payment method
- Cancel the subscription
