A maintenance release that updates the in-app Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

🔧 Improvements & fixes

• Updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shown in the app now match the current versions published on asksage.ai (last updated July 8, 2026), and “Terms and Conditions” is renamed to “Terms of Use.” Government and DoD deployments keep their existing government terms.

🔒 Security & platform

Ask Sage services are delivered as FIPS‑hardened, digest‑pinned, and cosign‑signed images within the FedRAMP Class D authorization boundary, and are continuously rebuilt against the latest patched base images as part of Ask Sage’s continuous‑monitoring commitment.
