This maintenance release corrects prompt‑cache pricing for government models and makes streaming responses more robust.

🔧 Improvements & fixes

• Correct prompt‑cache pricing for government models. Cached prompt prefixes are now correctly discounted for government (GovCloud) models such as GPT‑5.4 Gov, Luna Gov, and Terra Gov. Previously, cached input could be billed at the full input rate.
• More reliable streaming responses. Streaming responses now enforce an idle/inter‑token deadline and surface progress, so stalled streams are handled gracefully. Requests also carry a request identifier for easier tracing and support.

🔒 Security & platform

Ask Sage services are delivered as FIPS‑hardened, digest‑pinned, and cosign‑signed images within the FedRAMP Class D authorization boundary, and are continuously rebuilt against the latest patched base images as part of Ask Sage’s continuous‑monitoring commitment.
