A small maintenance follow-up that completes the historical name-display repair introduced in v3.7.0.

🔧 Improvements & fixes

• Completed name-display cleanup. Finished the one-time repair that corrects how previously stored names are displayed, so names with characters like apostrophes and ampersands now render correctly throughout the app, including on older records.

🔒 Security & platform

Ask Sage services are delivered as FIPS‑hardened, digest‑pinned, and cosign‑signed images within the FedRAMP Class D authorization boundary, and are continuously rebuilt against the latest patched base images as part of Ask Sage’s continuous‑monitoring commitment.
